Client Registration
Thank you in advance for recommending Sunwood Development Corp to your clients. Ideally we would like you to accompany your clients on their first visit to a Sunwood community so you are all familiar with everything we have to offer. If this is not possible, you may have your clients bring in one of your business cards or simply call us and let us know they are coming by. Our sales representatives will show your clients all of the advantages Sunwood has to offer, and to answer any questions you or they may have.
Should your clients choose to buy a home from Sunwood, we will assist them through the entire home buying and building process. When your clients purchase a home from Sunwood, you will receive your commission on the base price of the home. You will receive ½ of your commission when all contingencies are satisfied and ½ at closing (typically 90 days after all contingencies are met).
Sell More, Earn More
When you sell a Sunwood home you become a member of our family. You have helped your clients become homeowners in a Sunwood community and we encourage you to bring other clients to enjoy the same benefits we offer all our homeowners.
Multiply sales in the same calendar year make you eligible for additional benefits. For your 2nd and 3rd sale you will receive $1,000 in addition to your standard commission. Upon your 4th and all subsequent sales, you will receive $2,500. in addition to your standard commission. The best part is that you don’t need to wait until closing! Once all of your clients’s contingencies are met you will receive fifty percent of your commission.
